We had a great stay at this trendy, comfortable place. It's a renovated hotel amd they've done a great job. Nicely decorated, well-stocked, and close to lots of places. Great option for hanging out with friends, for families, as well as solo travelers.

WOW, thank you so much!! It makes us extremely happy when guests take the time to leave a review and have noticed how much care and work we've put into rehabbing our vintage motel into vacation rentals, rooms and suites!! We would love to have you back anytime! Grateful for amazing people like you :)
The suite was small but very clean. It was perfect for our small group. The beds were very comfortable, however sleep would be improved with sun blocking drapes. It was close to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. We had a great time.
Short stay at the property. Had everything we needed. Property was as described. They’re currently working on the remainder of the units but it did not hinder or annoy our stay.

Thank you Ben! I appreciate your feedback and I'm so happy you enjoyed your stay :)
We looked for places to stay with two queen beds and did not find many. The accommodation was great for four retired people. It is well located to see that part of Michigan. The only negative was that the floors were dirty and needed mopping.
The two rooms were handy but it was pretty damp everyday and the heating/ac couldn’t change that.. no screens on all windows and the floor was filthy, dirty and sticky.. maybe check into a new cleaner? Otherwise it was clean enough .. The beds were comfortable and nice bedding but the couches were not at all comfortable. It was fine and location was fine but overall probably wouldn’t stay again.

I’m really sorry to hear that some things didn’t meet your expectations during your stay. We strive for 5-star cleanliness and comfort and always have great reviews, and while I’m glad you found the beds comfortable and enjoyed the convenient location, I wish I had known about these things right away. I would have gladly had my cleaning team go back through or even moved you to a different suite to make things right.
For guest comfort, we include super detailed instructions on how to use our Mitsubishi heating and cooling systems — including the dehumidifier setting, which is especially helpful during this exceptionally humid stretch we’ve had here in Northern Michigan. — I would’ve been happy to walk you through it if you'd reached out.
We’re always working to improve, and appreciate feedback — but clear communication during a stay is key so we can resolve any concerns in real time. Thank you!

Liked the 2 bedroom and bath layout, great for 2 couples. Never did figure out how to turn on the heat on the air to air heating units. Faucets in the kitchen were backwards, cold was hot and hot was cold.
Our stay was really good. It was a quick visit to see our daughter that’s there for school. Our check in at 10:30 pm was a little bit of a stress for us. Our code did not work and I called the number and no answer….panick sets in…. But she calls me right back and resets our code!! We were short a remote for the TV and she had one dropped off right away It was clean and inviting. The bed was a little hard for my liking but everything else was great. Would definitely stay there again!
