Guest Access:
You will receive a unique access code for a seamless and secure self-check-in experience. Guests have access to the entire home.

The Neighborhood:
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood in the southwestern part of Cape Coral. The area is safe with little traffic. Walks and bike rides, with awareness, are pleasant throughout the day and evening.

Getting Around:
We highly recommend bringing a car for the utmost convenience when exploring the local area. Lyft and Uber services are also available.

Other Things to Note:
» Must be at least 25 yo. to book
» The dock accommodates a "tie up" boat, no boat slip available
» No pets allowed
» Parties & events are not permitted
» Quiet hours from 10PM - 8AM
» Smoking is prohibited
» Please don’t move any furniture
» Clean BBQ grill & turn off propane after use
» No street or grass parking, only on driveway
» Pool temp is set at 88 degrees. The depth of the pool is 6 feet.
» Maximum occupancy is 10
» ID verification due upon booking confirmation
» Pre-arrival form completion due upon booking confirmation
