Haus Achenstrasse by Interhome

Thanks for your points of improvements. We have been in contact with our colleagues on spot and can confirm that a technician was sent to the home and the leaking taps have been completely repaired. In regards to local costs we are very sorry for the inconvenience and thanks to your comments we can inform you that a receipt will now be provided for all future guests. We once again apologise for the inconvenience and hope to see you return again soon.

Thanks for your feedback and we are very sorry to hear of the troubles you faced. We looked into your case and have since discovered that due to an error in the paperwork you were unfortunately given the wrong phone number for the local contact. We really regret this mistake and can assure you this has been corrected. Please don't forget our Interhome Customer Care center is available 24/7 to help handle any issues you may face. Nevertheless thanks to your comments the lights in the property have been exchanged and the dishwasher has been repaired and is now fully functional. Once again we apologise for the inconvenience and we hope to see you return to Interhome in the future.
