Buen apto con algún pero…

En gral apto bueno, con piscina comunitaria buena, aunque le falta limpieza y mantenimiento. El apto correcto, a 10 min de la playa. Le faltaban detalles de menaje y algún accesorio ( la escoba no tenia palo, solo había 5 vasos para 6 personas, alguna luz fundida…) Como sugerencia, deberían entregar 2 juegos de llaves por apto, es necesario si vas varias personas.

Looks good!!!

I’ll start with the positives.. the kitchen is very well equipped.. but could do with more glasses that are large …. Ok so on the whole the apartment is fine…. It’s just tired and in need of a very good clean and update…. Outside is shabby and the pool area is dirty, tiles missing very scruffy, The air conditioning is not good … it’s more like a weak fan in the ceiling… TVs don’t work and are so old … beds are incredibly uncomfortable… you are not here for luxury it’s not 4* ..

The positives … the kitchen is fabulous… fridge, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine all good … you need more large glasses and cups, the negatives property is run down … the furnishings are old and in need of replacement… the pool area is dirty … and needs a full refurbishement, the air conditioning is terrible… Really bad !!! The televisions do not work .. I was a solo traveller and a tv would have been good … the bathrooms are old but function… the beds are terrible !!! I slept so so badly .. I arrived 3 days late and left early … it’s not a bad apartment it’s just a bit too basic.
