Non confortable
Appartement dont la literie est à refaire chambre pied casse sommier averti agence mais non répare !! Banquette lit restée dépliée en lit durant tout le séjour impossible de la remettre en mode banquette cassée + une latte cassée au centre nous avons averti agence de St Jean de Luz sont venus sur place mais rien fait !! Bref très mal dormis. Bruyant voisins enfants étage dessus + route avenue d.espagne et train !! Ménage non fait Parking numéro 1 inutilisable cause feuillage Le Seul point positif de cet appart est sa situation pour visiter les alentours et plage proche Appartement et agence st Jean de luz à éviter Eu affaire avec Interhome location Espagne rien à dire c.etait très bien appartement et agence sur place Martine G.

Après vérification auprès de notre agence locale, nous souhaitons vous
informer que le lit a été réparé. Concernant le parking, il n'est pas
numéroté mais il y a beaucoup de places de parking gratuites dans la
résidence. Au sujet du bruit, comme nous ne louons pas l'appartement du
dessus, nous n'avons pas le contrôle de ce qu'il se passe.
Nous nous excusons pour les désagréments que cela a pu causer et
espérons vous revoir une nouvelle fois.

Trop d'attende a la remise de clé Le logement salle (sable, lit cassé, table de terrasse pied cassé ) L'accueil de l'agence pas organisé et pas tres aimable

Après vérification auprès de notre agence locale, nous souhaitons vous
informer que le lit a été réparé et que le propriétaire a été informé
concernant la table de la terrasse afin d'améliorer la qualité de
l'équipement. Au sujet du ménage, vous avez la possibilité de demander
un nettoyage supplémentaire en cas de problème.
A propos de l'accueil, malheureusement, cette semaine du 3 au 10 août
2019 a été la semaine la plus chargée de toute la haute saison. C'est
pour cette raison qu'il y a eu une longue attente. Nos collègue locaux
ont fait de leur mieux afin de satisfaire chaque client. Cependant, nous
avons le plaisir de vous annoncer qu’une nouvelle agence sera bientôt
ouverte à Bidart.
Nous nous excusons pour les inconvénients et espérons vous revoir une
nouvelle fois.
