The center. Calm. Cozy. Comfortably furnished 2-room apartment in the house Sturmmöwe with about 45 sqm on 1 level (floor) for up to 4 people. Quietly located just a short walk from the shops on the village street. On the property of the house is a beautiful garden with communal barbecue area. Garden furniture is available in the communal log cabin. Living room with pull-out sofa bed (155x195cm), 2 armchairs and TV (satellite). Separate dining area with table with 4 chairs and stereo compact system. Semi-open kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge freezer and some comfort. No dishwasher. Bedroom with double bed (2x 90x200cm), wardrobe, chest of drawers and 2 chairs. Bathroom (shower room) with shower, toilet, towel warmer, hair dryer and natural light. Hall with cloakroom, shoe rack and mirror in the entrance area. Parking space, bicycle storage and communal beach chair on the property. Free Wi-Fi. The apartment is located in the back house, on the first floor, access via steep stairs. The ceiling height at the edge of the living room and the kitchen is below 1.90 m. The bed linen is provided. Towels can be booked. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Schöne kleine Wohnung. Leider sehr steile Treppe, als nichts für ätere Leute. Schön wären Geschirrspüler und. Waschmaschine, geht wohl aus Platzgründen nicht. Enttäuschend war der als Ruheplatz genannte Garten, da ist einiges zu machen. Ansonsten sehr nette Vermieter die bei Problemen sofort gehandelt haben. Alles in allem Preis, Leistung okay

Wir kommen seit vielen Jahren immer wieder gerne nach SPO, immer mal wieder in andrer Wohnung. Wir waren mit jeder Wohnung sowie deren Vermieter immer sehr zufrieden !!

Unterkunft war okay

Leider waren an der Duschtrennwand sämtliche Acrylfugen verschimmelt, der WC-Deckel vergilbt und sämtliches Geschirr und Kochutensilien waren schmutzig. Die Wohnung an sich war sauber, nur leider sämtliches Inventar nicht ordentlich gereinigt und veraltet. Die Wohnung könnte mal eine Auffrischung gebrauchen, war aber zum Schlafen usw. in Ordnung.

Gute Lage

Das Objekt liegt in einem anderen Gebäude hinter dem Haus...ist über eine steile Trepoe zu erreichen...Wohnung war sehr sauber...einziger Mangel...Kühlschrank roch nach gammeliger Banane und einer der 3 Abfallbehälter nach Fisch...das sollte man beheben und der beheizbare Handtuchhalter im Bad funktionierte nicht, sodass wir die Handtücher nicht trocken bekamen... Ansonsten haben wir uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt .
