"Individual vacation". Located in a quiet area on the mountainside above Tiros, on the edge of the small, traditional village of Sapounakaiika, in the heart of Arcadia (Peleponnes, Greece).

With its exclusive aesthetics, it is a unique ensemble for the area, built from natural stone, wood and exposed concrete.

The complex consists of five studios, each of which covers all the necessary needs, including a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, in a modern ambience.

It was founded in 2001 and is a small company with a personal, family character.

The apartments face the sea and offer a wonderful view, access to the garden, which is rich in herbs, flowers, olive, lemon and orange trees.

The combination of sea and mountains and the possibility of cultural activities is ideal.

In the beach town of Tiros, just a 2-minute drive away, many different taverns, cafes and bars provide good, traditional Greek food and entertainment.

The coast offers a choice of sandy and pebble beaches, with the clearest water.

Hikes can be started on site, even with organized tours.

The neighboring town of Leonidio (18km) is currently one of the best climbing spots in Europe.

Cultural sites such as the Venetian harbor town of Nafplio, the ancient Mycenae, the theater of Epidaurus or the Byzantine churches of Mistras can be reached as a day trip.

By car ferry from Venice, Trieste or Ancona to Patras.

Arrived in Greece is approximately three hours away either by car or taxi, bus and train connections are also available. Simply contact us regarding your travel needs.
