Steps away from the Peace River and Charlotte Harbor you will find this amazing 3 bedroom home with lanai overlooking the giant community pool, workout facility and hot tub. Nestled along Florida's Southwest Gulf Coast, between Sarasota and Ft. Myers, the condo is conveniently located in Punta Gorda & Port Charlotte just off Highway 41. It is minutes from I-75, Fisherman's Village, restaurants, beaches, and more. The resort style pool, hot tub, workout facility are all in sight from the lanai.

This unit has been tastefully updated with beautiful tile flooring, backsplash in the kitchen and neutral paint colors on the walls. This gated community has so much to offer. Cable TV, high speed internet, hot tub, gym and beautiful pool.

Excellent condo in gated community in Charlotte Harbor

This is an excellent condo, with beautiful furnishings and decor. It is in a prime location both within the city/region, and within gated community. Teri was excellent to deal with and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return if/when the opportunity arises.

Don't overlook this place

What a wonderful place to stay for snowbirds or any other vacationers. Owner is very responsive. Very clean all around. Well equipped kitchen with newer appliances in it and laundry. Comfortable beds. Good wifi and TV service. Nice community and pool. Great location, you won't run out of things to do or places to eat. Like a lot of Florida cities, traffic on main roads is getting heavy, but not near as bad as Orlando.

Charlotte Harbor

Stayed for one month, unit was as advertised. Master Suite exceeded expectations. Most other renters have been returning for many years and were very friendly and helpful. Some updating of cupboards and appliances should be considered in the next few years. We do plan to return if possible next year.
