Die gemütliche Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Untergeschoss und kann von bis zu vier Personen belegt werden. Sie besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelschlafcouch, einer Küche mit Essecke und SAT-TV. Außerdem ist ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC vorhanden. Ein separater Eingang ebenfalls verfügbar. Die Wohnung liegt im Zellertal, eines der lieblichen Täler im Bayrischen Wald. Es erstreckt sich in einer breiten Talmulde auf einer Länge von circa 25 Kilometern von Bad Kötzting bis Bodenmais. Im Herzen des Tales liegt der Erholungsort Arnbruck. Das Haus steht in ruhiger Alleinlage in Rappendorf, etwa vier Kilometer von Arnbruck entfernt.
