This charming unit, located on the second floor accessed by a staircase, is situated in a quiet neighborhood that borders open space. This condo is over 1000 square feet, with a spacious living area to relax after a long day's adventure. Enjoy your first sip of coffee in the morning from the privacy of your own covered balcony as the sound of Aspen leaves rustle in the wind or in front of the electric fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything one will need to prepare the perfect meal. Seating for 6 is available at the generous dining table located in the large living space. The Queen bedroom is located on the main floor of this property. There is an additional sleeping area under the living room corner window. Upstairs boasts a second bedroom with two twin beds (King conversion available for a fee) and an additional pull-out loveseat sleeper in the loft area. There is an impressive vinyl collection with a record player and speakers to enjoy some classic tunes. This condo also has 2 full bathrooms with a tub/shower and a full size washer/dryer. This property is on the second level of the Hawthorne building, up a flight of stairs, and has two levels inside.

Parking is available for two cars. No trailers, campers, or RVs are permitted. Please be advised: no electric cars may be plugged into the parking lot outlets at any Aspens condo.

The Aspens is a charming location that provides the perfect staging point for your Jackson Hole adventure. Nestled under the rising peaks of the Tetons Range, the area boasts convenient access to Grand Teton National Park as well as the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. This quaint, wooded neighborhood features a well-stocked market and wine store, coffee shop and gift shop all within walking distance to your property as well as restaurant options for discerning diners and casual food enthusiasts alike. Public transportation (Start Bus) is available into the Town of Jackson and Teton Village for a nominal fee.

Pets are not permitted in any of the Rendezvous Mountain Rentals properties during short-term rental stays. Service dogs are permitted with notification and completion of proper paperwork prior to making the reservation. Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals as service animals; property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation. Guests traveling with ESA or Service animals are directed to call the RMR office to inquire about options.
