The private outdoor area, which is 20 m away, offers garden furniture, a barbecue and an unfenced soccer pitch with goals. The house is surrounded by trees from which you can pick fruit. This house is particularly suitable for country lovers who also want to reach the beaches of Versilia (5 km) in a few minutes, which is very popular for its bathing establishments, its numerous restaurants and the beautiful beach promenade.
