Located b/t the bayou & scenic bluffs overlooking the bay, our home is close to all the area has to offer! Relax on the beach, visit the fishing pier or historic downtown's upscale dining/shopping. 1 block from Exchange Park which has baseball/softball fields, a playground, free wifi, walking path/trails & picnic areas!

Our space features a pool (not heated), NEW 5 person hot tub, grill, screened in porch, and an outdoor dining area. Calming and spacious for families and guests who want to relax! The home is newly updated and tastefully decorated. With a total of 5 beds, it can sleep up to 8 guests

An extremely convenient location in a quiet and safe neighborhood close to downtown. The neighborhood is extremely walkable and is centered in between water access at the bayou and the scenic bluffs overlooking the bay.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please turn the hot tub temp down to 95 degrees and put the cover back on--making sure to clip the vinyl straps and tuck them under when finished.
Do not ash on the patios and throw cigarette butts away. $500 fine will be added if evidence of smoking. $20 per cigarette butt found will be charged.
$50/hour for late checkouts for rescheduling the cleaners. ABSOLUTELY NO parties or events allowed! Only guests LISTED on your reservation allowed.
