Comfortable 3-room apartment in the house "Paulsen" with about 43 sqm on 1 level (floor) for up to 4 people. Close to the center of the village in St. Peter-Ording. The shops and restaurants of the village street are only a few minutes walk away. The beach can also be reached in a few minutes on foot. The riding hall is in direct neighborhood.

Living room with sofa (2s), 2 armchairs, small TV and dining table with 4 chairs. Open kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer (no oven).

1. Bedroom with double bed (2x 80x200cm), wardrobe, chest of drawers and 2 chairs. Direct access to the balcony to the north.
 Second Bedroom with double bed (2x 80x200cm) and wardrobe.

Bathroom (shower room) with shower, toilet and daylight. No hair dryer.

Hallway with wardrobe and mirror in the entrance area.

Car parking space and covered Fahrradabstellmöglichkeit available at the house. Free Wi-Fi. Shared laundry room with washer and dryer for a fee.

The bed linen is provided. Towels can be booked. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Die Lage war optimal. Nähe zum Dorf und zum Strand waren super . Kleine aber schick eingerichtete Wohnung mit einer tollen Dachterrasse. Die Besitzer waren auch sehr freundlichen und immer für einen kurzen Schnack zu haben .

Alles super. Zentrale Lage, Bäcker und Deich in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Die Wohnung war sauber und gemütlich.
