Privlaka is an idyllic, tourist fishing village on the Zadar Riviera. It is located on the peninsula between Nin and the island of Vir, near the historic port city of Zadar. Here in the Apartments Laura, you can look forward to happy holidays in a relaxed and quiet atmosphere.

The holiday home built in 2016 is tastefully and modernly furnished. The apartment is about 20 square meters, air-conditioned and heated. Apartment Laura offers a heated outdoor pool and a furnished sun terrace. WiFi is free in all areas. A fireplace (grill) is available for guests on an additional shared terrace.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher. The private bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer. Laundry facilities are also available.

Apartments Laura is located 80 meters from the sandy beach. The beach is not only suitable for swimmers but also for small children and non-swimmers. The beaches are away from traffic and noise.

If you would like to get to know Croatia and its dream beaches on the Adriatic, we will be happy to provide you with a motor boat.

Wir haben zwei schöne Wochen in dieser Unterkunft verbracht. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Strand ist fußläufig schnell zu erreichen und an sehr heißen Tagen kann man es am Pool auf den ausreichenden Liegen im Schatten gut aushalten

Ausstattung schlecht, Lage nicht besonders toll und keinerlei Privatsphäre

Leider können wir hier keine gute Bewertung abgeben, denn wir waren einfach nicht zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Zur Ausstattung: Diese bestand aus billigsten Möbeln, die "Schlafcouch" war extrem hart und Rückenschmerzen an der Tagesordnung- war diese ausgezogen, konnte man sich kaum herumdrehen im Zimmer (wir können hier nur von Apartment 1 im EG reden). Außerdem kam uns auch die Duschstange runter, weil ein (!) Handtuch darauf hing- selbst hier hat man eine Klemmstange geholt, was gar nicht ging. Nach Ansprache hieß es nur, das wäre normal hier. Privatsphäre gleich null, denn entweder zog man die Blicke anderer Fewogäste von der Straße oder dem viel zu engen Parkplatz vor dem Haus (die parkenden Autos vor dem Fenster waren nur ca. 2 Meter von unserem Bett entfernt) auf sich oder man hat die Vermieter gesehen, die ständig um das Haus gelaufen sind. Die Anreise dorthin ist abenteuerlich durch enge Gassen bis hin in eine reine Fewo Siedlung. Das Wlan ging nicht, was uns sehr geärgert hat- hier wurde bei der Abreise und Ansprache der Kritikpunkte sogar widersprochen und gesagt,es würde bei ihnen gehen, schlechtes Netz wäre hier normal in der Gegend usw. .. Alles in allem war der Sohn, dem diese Aufgabe übertragen wurde, sehr bemüht und freundlich- aber die Leitung der Ferienwohnungen erfordert hier jedoch etwas mehr. Leider haben wir die Vermieterin in den ganzen 11 Tagen nicht persönlich kennengelernt. Diese Ferienwohnung hat uns definitiv gezeigt, dass die Nähe zum "Strand" nicht alles ist und man hier Qualität, Ruhe und Privatsphäre suchen muss.

Tolle Anlage!

Sehr gepflegte Anlage, sowie das Apartment selbst. Hausverwalter und Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Strand ca. 3 Gehminuten vom Ferieshaus entfernt. Pool immer sehr sauber. Ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

Einfach zum Wohlfühlen, freundlich, sauber - zum weiterempfehlen

Wir haben uns in den paar Tagen sehr wohl gefühlt. Vom ersten Kontakt bis zur Abfahrt hatte alles vorbildlich geklappt. Und gab’s doch mal ein kleines Problemchen wurde es zu meinem Erstaunen zügig erledigt. Wir hatten nichts vermisst, einen besonderen Dank gilt auch Mirco der jederzeit freundlich und mit gutem Deutsch zur Stelle war. Bleibt so familienfreundlich - es war ein unvergesslicher Urlaub bei Euch. Natalie & Markus Oberding
