Main floor features 10' plus ceilings with exposed beams and steel accents with 180 degree ocean views and porches off of every bedroom. Huge gulf and bayside decks that terrace down to your own private beach. Elevated to maximize views with private elevator. Not counted as a bedroom, there is a bonus widow's watch on the top floor with 360 degree views of the point. Master bedroom spans the depth of the house at over 600 sq feet with spa like bath complete with giant walk in shower as well as outdoor private master shower. No detail forgotten, even an 2nd outdoor shower downstairs and ground level bathroom for beach goers who don't want to leave the beach. Private bayside dock for fishing and crabbing as well. Truly the perfect getaway for the Seafarer or Land Lover alike. If you've been to any of our properties, you know what to expect and the reviews from our homes speak for themselves. Family vacation

Our family really enjoyed our vacation easy access to the beach. We enjoyed swimming in the gulf, fishing in the bay and gulf. we like the aquarium in pancea nice place to get out of the sun. would recommend Tropical shrimp restaurant it has a nice verity of options for everyone. St. George is not to far of a drive if you would like to go to the light house we enjoyed the state park.

This was the best place we've stayed so far in Panacea. We loved the fact that we could ride our bikes down to the Tiki Hut, too. The home was immaculate and very accomodating. We also loved how we could open up both of the sliding doors in the master bedroom and let the breeze in. We would love to come back and enjoy this home again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Seafarer. Alligator Point is a special place to our family and being able to stay at this home for a few days was amazing. It’s even better in person than in pictures. Amazing property with amazing communication

Just a gorgeous property. Views from the deck at sunset are perfect. Kitchen is well appointed, and the loft is a perfect area for kiddos or can function as another bedroom in a pinch. Had a small issue on check in (stuff happens) and the manager picked up the phone immediately and helped me resolve it in minutes. Can't recommend this rental and manager enough!

Perfect, low key trip

We were looking for a non commercialized and not crowded beach area and this fit the bill. Home was great for my husband and I as well as 2 grown kids and their spouses. Kitchen had everything needed since not a lot of options for dining out, beds comfortable and most important the beach was only steps away! We had 4 perfect days until Helene decided to make an appearance and we had to leave 2 days early. That’s the chance you take coming this time of year.

Wished we could have stayed longer!

We really got good rest this trip. The house felt pristine and inviting. The beds and furniture were all super comfortable. Most of the pots and pans were All-Clad which made cooking a breeze. Josh was super helpful whenever we needed anything. It was just a super pleasurable experience. We actually wanted to stay another day because we didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend.

Relax and recharge

You can’t ask for a better place to relax and recharge. This place has everything you need and the backyard is the beach. Swim, sunbathe, sand play, watch the dolphins, kayak in the ocean. Read on the deck or nap on the screened deck. Just grab some groceries on your way in because you won’t want to leave. The host was very accommodating and informative. 100% recommend renting any properties from this host. They clearly take pride in the upkeep and cleanliness of their homes. There was plenty of space for my husband and I and our three teen girls. We’re already planning more trips to the neighborhood.

Perfect CHILL vacation

We wanted a beach vacation without tourist (surf shops, tons of restaurants, mini-golf, go-karts, etc) spots. This was perfetc - beach out one door, bay out other. Me & sons were able to fish (caught black drum, sheephead, and 3 small sharks). House was well-stocked with essentials. Everything was perfect. Upstairs room the air doesnt work, but owner is aware & part is on order. Still, perfection. Beach is a shell collector's dream. So many shells.

Absolute Perfection

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here, and absolutely loved every single second! The property was in pristine conditions, and offered everything that you could possibly need away from home. This house has views of the Gulf on one side and views of the Bay on the other side. Best part about this property are the sunrises and sunsets! The screened in porch off of the master suite was the perfect location to enjoy the views! If you want to get away to a location that is unincorporated with hardly any people around - this is the perfect place! The property manager Josh was super quick to answer any questions and was very helpful!

Amazing sunsets and dolphins show

My husband and I so enjoyed this amazing home. It was very clean and spacious and every morning the dolphins and seagulls gave us a spectacular show! Private Vacation Getaway

We wanted something luxurious, private, and on the beach without a resort or condo in sight. This was an excellent place and matched our needs. Since it is a distance from any city, it is private and secure. The views were excellent and we were treated to seeing dolphins in the shallows on our final day. One of the best places in all of Florida!

We started coming to Alligator Point about 15 years ago after years of owning beach property in Destin. Like many of you, we got tired of the traffic and crowds and wanted beachfront, privacy and amazing water access for fishing, diving and soaking in the sun without the chaos. We bought our first house at The Point about 10 years ago and have never looked back. We love the area and the quiet, private community and plan to eventually make this our permanent home.

Why they chose this property

SeaFarer offers unmatched views from every room. The 10'4" ceilings throughout the house create a light and open feeling and the layout is perfect with master suite on the east side with private front porch overlooking the bay and a second porch off the master opening onto a screen porch overlooking the ocean. Each of the guest rooms also has their own large private porches in addition to a 300 square foot main deck that steps down to the private white sand beach.

What makes this property unique

Amazing indoor and outdoor spaces with high end furniture. Top quality appliances, cookware you would find in high end restaurants and luxury furnishings such as custom live-edge slab dining room table and handmade solid walnut master vanity set this home apart from your average beach rental. No details forgotten, ground level has a huge outdoor shower for washing off after a day at the beach and even a ground level 4th bathroom so you don't have to miss a minute at the beach. Elevator access makes hauling in supplies easy and a must for those with mobility issues.
