Great condo and great location

This condo is nice and new with a walk-out to a courtyard, many rooftop pools, and an easy walk to restaurants, beach, and 5th Ave.

Door was open when we got there. Door wasn't taking code the second day and since it was new year, we could find anyone to help us. very clean and great location. We were charged for a broken toilet seat that we didn't brake. we were told it was loose and charged as broken. we noticed it was loose but didn't think any of it. They said it was not loose at the end of previous visit. since door was open and we notified them of this right away. we dont know if anyone went in betwqeen visits.
