Great spot for a stay near UT

This property is in a very convenient location in Central East Austin. It's walkable to campus, and especially close to the baseball stadium. It comes as described in the listing, and the sauna was a nice treat. The house was clean, quiet, and well appointed. We had easy communication with the property management company before and during our stay.

Family get together.

This is a good place for a large family. Convenient location relative to downtown and many local attractions. Quiet neighborhood. Very clean home, nice kitchen. We didn’t use the sauna nor the ice barrel, but they seemed well kept/clean. Easy check out process as the host didn’t require us to clean everything; this was so helpful.

Great spot for families

We stayed there for a wedding and the place was great. We were able to walk to places in East Austin and also a short drive to downtown or other places. The house is very well-kept and perfect for a family of 4-6 people The only thing I would recommend is to get an ironing kit as there was no way to iron our clothes.

Great house- walkable to Stadium

My family and I came to Austin for the football game. This house was perfect for 6 of us. Walkable to the stadium(less than a mile). We also walked to S. Congress(3.5 miles). Sauna and cold plunge were a fun extra.

Family Getaway

The property was conveniently located to downtown (approximately 5-10 min Uber ride) and 6th St. We had plenty of room for the 4 of us. The mattresses were comfortable and the bathrooms were well stocked with nice towels although the kitchen items were on the sparse side. The property is a little worn but suited our needs of a family weekend visiting our daughter who lives in town, along with our two other adult children. The check in/out was easy and the management company was responsive and helpful, as we were visiting during the ice storm and and many areas were without power but the property itself never lost power.

Fun time in Austin

The property was perfect. Ample space for 7 adult males. We where there for a bachelor party. We didn't need alot of house amenities because we spent the majority of our time around the town. The TV had streaming services and blue tooth for when we where there. The AC was perfect for a respite from the heat. The beds were soft and comfortable, but if you like firmer pillows bring your own. It was close to all the streets you want to hit for bar hopping, and bbq joints for feasting. It was a great stay.

Best I've ever used

The property is located minutes from downtown. The house is very modern and furnished nicely. My only issues were the patio door upstairs wouldn't lock. The property manager said they would be fixing soon. The other issue is there are no blinds on the front windows. This allows for anyone on the street to be able to view straight into the house. This was pretty uncomfortable especially at night. Other than that it's a wonderful property.

IMMACULATE & SPACIOUS

The house is beautiful and very clean. I really liked that it was uncluttered so we had room to set down bags and suitcases etc. Conveniently located near baseball stadium and Franklin’s BBQ. ;-)
