I have lived in Concordia, MO most of my life. I am a retired nurse.Now I get my fulfillment out of providing a nice clean space and living quarters for my guests and love reading their reviews of how great my home has been for them.

Why they chose this property

I still remember when my folks built this house in 1958. I was 14 years old and recall helping to glue on the 50's green tiles in the bathroom. How the trendy styles and colors have changed! After mom and dad died, I couldn't part with the home and all the good memories. My family and I have recently remodeled the entire living space and are excited to share it with you.

What makes this property unique

Modern home in nice and quiet neighborhood. Off street parking with private garage parking. Close to churches, schools, downtown, and Good Shepherd Care Community.
