This Private 2 bedroom/1 bath single level duplex has everything you will need to feel right at home! Comfortable with clean & modern updates, and amenities galore!
Bedroom 1: Enjoy a good nights sleep in a comfortable King size bed, with quality linens and pillows. Large closet with plenty of space for guests clothing and personal items.
Bedroom 2: Another cozy King bed, and a dresser for guest items. Additionally, this bedroom has a closet with plenty of storage. Bright and clean bath with newer fixtures, including a shower/tub combo, high quality linens, shampoo/conditioner and a hair dryer provided for guest use.
Small & efficient fully set up kitchen makes eating in simple and convenient. Newer appliances including a stove/oven, fridge, small dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster should ensure that you have all the right tools. Kitchen bar opens to dining area with 2 stools and dining table with additional seating for up to 6. Washer & Dryer located in kitchen is available for guest use. Iron & ironing board complete the necessities!
Living area featuring comfortable chair and pullout couch guarantees plenty of seating, as well as an extra space for guests to sleep. A Smart TV makes for a great night of lounging. Login into your favorite streaming service and catch up on your favorite Netflix series or watch a movie on Amazon! There is a desk with a lamp to make working from home a breeze.
Well-kept yard with private outdoor deck and patio with an outdoor table/chairs, BBQ grill, and comfortable lounge chairs. Enjoy a glass of wine or your morning coffee in the sunshine!
FREE reserved parking for two vehicles in driveway. There is parking in front of the home that is NOT available and is reserved for the guests in the other duplex unit.
Pack and Play may be requested ahead of time but it is not kept on site so please be sure to let us know in advance.
We accept up to (2) dogs with an additional $50 per pet fee. We do NOT accept cats due to allergies. Please read and understand our Pet Policy (under OTHER THINGS TO NOTE) before booking. Also, let us know ahead of time if you will be bringing a pet. We will go ahead and request the fee via an alteration request after the booking is confirmed. Please accept ASAP to confirm authorization.

After a long family car ride with a 8 month old, we found this property to be most welcoming—very, very clean and comfortable. The property managers were very responsive to communicate with.
The house was a bit run down but overall okay. Glad they allowed our dogs which is hard to find. The curtains in the rooms don’t block any light so that’s crappy since it was so bright in the room for sleeping. It just felt really run down and like they put the bare minimum into it (missing curtain sections, had a smell which I’m sure is why they had an air purifier, and not cozy at all).
The property is a great, comfortable, cozy place! It has everything you need. We only needed a place to sleep really, and the property offered more! The location is great with restaurants, little stores and shops around. The host/manager constantly checked in to ensure we had what we needed and that the property met our needs!
Our stay was comfortable. Located about a mile from a freeway entrance, we found it convenient for travel to Portland. House was very clean and the beds were comfortable. McDonalds across the street made having to grab food before heading out very convenient. We would stay here again.

It was a nice place, as advertised. Despite being close to a major intersection, there’s not a lot of road noise. There is a large park nearby, which a nighttime is a little bit sketchy, but there was no problems with the property. Would stay there again.

Easy to check in ,clean, everything you need . Huge beds comfortable. Microwave on top of the refrigerator though is too high you have to use a chair if you are old and short.. . Nice 2 bedroom duplex.
Host was easy to work with. Description didn’t mention the property was a duplex, but the neighbors weren’t a problem. Everything was clean and organized. Bit more traffic noise than expected in the evening. Overall a nice stay, especially for a pet friendly property.
This place was perfect for my needs. I have mobility issues and this open floor plan was ideal for my circumstance. Thank you for being so accommodating and generous.
You can tell they put nice little touches in the house for comfort...extra towels, laundry soap, body wash/shampoo, detailed guidebook, coffee, outdoor grill .. etc. House was very clean.
I have one recommendation, but doesn't detract from my 5-star rating -- swap out the king size beds for queen or full... the extra room would be nice. Cheers!
