About this property

Bright vacation apartment with 68sqm and south-facing terrace for max. 4 people

This beautiful bright and modern apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. From the south terrace, the winter garden and the small garden you have a beautiful view of the (local mountain) Pfänder. The large open living and dining area offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything a hobby cook needs.

The apartment has a separate entrance and is located in the basement of our house, which is in a cul-de-sac.
Parking is free in front of the house or on the street. Parking for 2 bicycles can be used. The bathroom has a large shower and a bathtub. We will of course provide you with towels and bed linen.

The bedroom with large closet and double bed (1.80 x 2.00) invites you to dream. The pull-out sofa bed (1.40 x 2.20) offers space for 2 additional people.
Since we have 3 children ourselves, we are also happy about families. Baby cot and high chair can be provided by us free of charge.

A bike rental is on our street. Bus stop, bakery, hairdresser and newspaper shop can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, restaurants and shopping center in 10 minutes. The lake is 1.6 km away and the island is 2.4 km away.

From April to 31. October you can use the Lindau guest card to travel free of charge on the Lindau public transport buses.

Die Beschreibung der Wohnung hält, was sie verspricht. Alles vor Ort, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Wir waren dort für 5 Nächte mit unserem 4jährigen Sohn und haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Ein Auto ist für den Aufenthalt absolut nicht notwendig. Die Lage ist perfekt, um die Region zu entdecken. Die Vermieter sind herzlich und absolut kinderfreundlich. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Vielen lieben Dank für den schönen Urlaub

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Unsere Vermieter Familie Bohnert waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. In 20 Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß die Altstadt von Lindau. Man kann auch draußen sitzen, oder in einem hellen Vorbau mit vielen Fenstern. Im Schlafzimmer können 2 Personen schlafen. Im Wohnzimmer können auf der ca. 1,2Meter breiten Liegefläche einer Ausziehcouch zwei weitere Personen schlafen. Wir haben uns bei Familie Bohnert sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühl.

Entspannter Urlaub in schöner FeWo

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, gemütlich und groß. Besonders der Wintergarten macht den Aufenthalt angenehm. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an top, ein großes Dankeschön hierfür! Die Lage der FeWo ist gut. Ein wenig abseits in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, man kann alles gut zu Fuß oder (kostenfrei durch die Bodensee-Card) mit dem Bus erreichen. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen, wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.
