Good hotel for what we needed. Nice staff. Only complaint is that noise between rooms and in the hallways are loud. Any door nearby that closed would rattle the door to our room and spook our dog.

Great little getaway

This is a nice hotel. Within walking distance of MANY restaurants and shops, making this a awesome location. I was just disappointed that I ended up being charged twice for the room. Since we had prepaid through VRBO I was surprised when asked for a card when we checked in. When I tried to explain about prepayment the representative didn't seem familiar with the process and I was indeed charged twice. I contacted them and received a refund. I don't think it should have gone that way.

Cute Town

We stayed here so we could take the Wenatchee Shuttle to the Dave Matthews concert. Everything worked out wonderfully and we really enjoyed walking around town. My only complaints about the property is their continental breakfast and some easy repairs around the outdoor hot tub that need to be attended to. The breakfast would have been fine, if only they moved the microwaves that are needed for the breakfast sandwiches to the bigger room. As is, they are in the worst spot that causes a huge back up in a small space. Otherwise, a great experience.
