About this property

Quiet 60 sqm vacation apartment in Mitwitz - near the forest

In the market town Mitwitz I offer a holiday apartment
about 60 square meters for 2-3 persons (infant in z. Travel cot).

As seen in the photos, there is a large living and
Dining area with adjoining kitchen.

The bedroom is with a 180cm x 200cm bed and
Wardrobe equipped. The couch in the living room can as
Sleeping facilities are used.

The bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.

Everything needed is there, even for the first coffee in the morning
is taken care of.

The apartment is at ground level, but with 1-3 steps.

The approximately 400 square meter garden may be used with and is suitable
Great for grilling (barbecue available) or play.

The upper floor is inhabited by me. Here lives also a small absolutely quiet
Dog. Therefore, dogs up to 8 kg are allowed, provided they are with others
Dogs tolerate.

Washing machine and dryer available. (For a fee)

TV free - on request W-Lan and telephone against agreement.

Mitwitz offers beautiful moors in addition to the moated castle
to invite for a walk. (about 300 meters to the nearest forest and
Water Castle)

In the vicinity there are Kronach, Kulmbach, Sonneberg, Neustadt, Rödental
(Rosenau) etc. explore.

4x towels (per week) and bed linen is provided.

Schönes Oberfranken

Wir waren eine Woche in der Wohnung von Herrn Thiem und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Er hat an alles gedacht! Durch die großzügige Küche (sowohl Größe als auch Ausstattung) fühlt man sich wie zuhause. Wir hatten sehr schönes Wetter und konnten gemütlich im Garten sitzen oder liegen. Also immer wieder gerne!

Sehr-sehr nett, gemütlich, ruhig. Besser gibt es nicht. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden. Wir haben uns dort bestens gefühlt. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es schöne Waldwanderwege. Die Umgebung ist auch sehr schön und sehr nett. Man konnte viel unternehmen. Danke für die Superzeit!

gut für Ruhesuchende

Die Ferienwohnung bot viel für den moderaten Preis. Die Küche war sehr groß, mit zahlreichen Gerätschaften überdurchschnittlich ausgestattet und auch mit genug Geschirr. Geschlafen haben wir ebenfalls sehr gut in einem bequemen Bett - und trotz der heißen Sommertage blieb es im Schlafzimmer angenehm kühl. Die Wohnung ist in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet gelegen, Verkehr oder anderen Lärm gab es nicht. Der Vermieter ist sehr bemüht, für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu sorgen. Das Internet war schnell. Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem Einfamilienhaus neu eingerichtet und war während unseres Aufenthalts noch provisorisch abgetrennt - das hat noch Potential. Der Standort Mitwitz war für uns sehr gut: es gibt etliche gut ausgeschilderte Wanderwege, aber so wenige Touristen, daß man die Natur häufig für sich alleine hat. Es gibt mit dem Wasserschloß und der Heunischenburg Sehenswürdigkeiten in direkter Umgebung.

Hallo Herr Fuchs, die Abtrennung des unteren Bereiches wollten wir eigentlich so beibehalten, da so auch das Kaminzimmer mit Dartscheibe erreicht werden kann. Da bei Ihrem Besuch jedoch sehr viel gekocht wurde, bestand hier wirklich Handlungsbedarf. In den letzten Tagen wurde ein Mauerdurchbruch für den Dunstabzug geschaffen und die "provisorische Abtrennung" komplett geschlossen. Denke dies ist auch im Sinne der Gäste, um mehr Privatsphäre zu genießen. Eine pers. Anmerkung hätte jedoch gereicht, zumal des Öfteren gefragt wurde, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Die Wohnung steht erst seit kurzem für Feriengäste zu Verfügung und jeder Gast hat andere Prioritäten. Nach Rücksprache wurde der zweite Kerzenständer aus Glas entfernt, da auch die "unglücklich" gewählt waren. Kosten für den Schaden berechnen wir nicht. Wir hoffen, dass Sie die Zeit genießen konnten und danken für Ihren Besuch. Liebe Grüße i. V. Marco Thiem
