Beachy blues greet you at this beautiful, newly renovated North Ocean City condo, one block from the ocean. Catch a sunrise over the ocean and then sit on the large, private balcony to watch the sunset over the bay. You’re minutes from the attractions lining Coastal Hwy., but with that gorgeous beach only a block away, you’ll probably spend most of your time with your toes in the sand. Northside Park, less than a mile away, features walking trails, tennis courts, and a playground, and you won’t want to miss the Sundae in the Park events on Sundays during the summer.

Inside the condo, you’ll find an open, sunny space. The updated kitchen features all the appliances and counter space the chef needs to whip up favorite recipes, and the group can dine together at the table for four or grab a barstool to keep it casual. Watch a movie with the Blu-Ray player at the end of the night, or use the free WiFi to check on your social media pages. Can’t agree on what to watch? No problem – each bedroom has a TV as well. With amazing Ocean City memories waiting to be made, the only thing left to do is book.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
The pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day until October, closing on discretion of property manager.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
