Enjoying the sun in holiday home Jolie!

Near the beach and sea, you will find the atmospheric holiday home Jolie with a large fully enclosed garden. Here, you can always enjoy the lovely green grass due to the present irrigation system. The house is located just a hundred meters away from the dunes leading to the North Sea beach and diverse beach clubs. Also, the center of Renesse is nearby. An ideal spot for a lovely beach holiday!

This modern, detached house is fully equipped and has a cosy, bright living room with adjacent dining area and open kitchen where you can either choose Senseo, Nespresso or filter coffee. You can spend pleasant evenings by the atmospheric pelletstove and... you will of course save considerably on energy costs. You’ll find a bedroom with a bathroom en suite and separate toilet on the ground floor. The floor has two bedrooms, one of them has a television and Chromecast/Playstation connection, a bathroom and separate toilet.

You can fully unwind in the sunchairs or lounge in the garden. Here, you can enjoy the sun and fresh sea air all day long. Had enough sun? Choose the shadow under the large parasol or the roofed terrace! The garden offers sufficient privacy thanks to a beautiful hedge and a dune with grasses. And no worries about the children and dogs, they can play safely because the garden is fully enclosed. There are two parking spots present. During your stay, you can use the facilities of Campsite Zonnedorp. For questions, we would like to refer you to the reception of the campsite.

Das Haus an sich war schön, aber der Pflegezustand war nicht gut.Die Wände, die Treppe, die Türen mit Scharnieren und der Kamin waren sehr ungepflegt und auch der Reinigungszustand war unbefriedigend.Im Garten lag ein großer Haufen Hundekot und sicher schon seit einiger Zeit. Ich die Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten (Schränke) waren sehr begrenzt in den Schlafzimmern.

War sehr haustierfreundlich,leider immernoch die selben Mängel wie vor 2 Jahren,durchgelegen Matratzen, Kühlschrank notdürftig repariert, Lichter in der Dusche unterschiedlich und dunkel,Wasserhahn leckt ,noch nicht mal eine Portion Pellets für den Ofen Wir waren nur noch einmal dort wegen der Nähe zum Meer aber es war dass letzte Mal.Die Unterkunft ist sehr teuer und es wird weder gut geputzt noch investiert oder renoviert

Haus: genau wie auf Fotos abgebildet. Super Ausstattung, es fehlt an nichts, sauber und ordentlich. 2 separate Toiletten (eine oben und eine unten), eine separate Dusche (oben) und eine Dusche unten im Schlafzimmer. Hauseigener Parkplatz für 2 Autos. Abgeschlossene Anlage neben Campingplatz. Haus recht hellhörig. Lage: 10 Gehminuten in den Ort, 2 Minuten zum Strand (hier ist auch ein genialer Strandpavillion), 5 Minuten zu kleinem Supermarkt mit frischen Brötchen auf dem Campingplatz. 2 Minuten zu einem urigen Restaurant. "Schlüssel"übergabe zentral ca. 5 km entfernt. Personal sehr freundlich und gut organisiert. Alles top. Kommen gerne wieder.

Haus: genau wie auf den Fotos, alles sauber und ordentlich. 2 Autos passen problemlos auf den hauseigenen Parkplatz. Abgeschlossene, ruhige, kleine Anlage angrenzend an Campingplatz. WLAN top. Lage: ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß in den Ort, 2 Minuten zum Strand. Uriges Restaurant nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Supermarkt mit frischen Brötchen auf Campingplatz ca. 5 Gehminuten. 'Schlüssel'übergabe im Zentralbüro ca. 5 km entfernt. Personal sehr freundlich und gut organisiert. Alles top. Kommen gerne wieder!
