Surround yourself with comfort, amenities, and incredible oceanfront views at the Beach Embassy, where you can gaze up and down the coast from new east and west facing decks for outdoor comfort that run the length of the house. Park your vehicle with ease on the new, bigger concrete driveway.

Walk a few steps over the dunes at the end of each glorious beach day to take in the oceanfront scene from the decks and the expansive great room, complete with vaulted ceilings, large windows, and a pool table. There's a fully appointed kitchen and a huge dining table downstairs on the first floor, as well as an additional kitchenette off the great room with another refrigerator, microwave, and sink; Both upstairs and downstairs kitchen areas now feature new refrigerators, one with a glass top stove.

Most of the 11 bedrooms have their own bathroom. The two bedroom suites on the third floor offer full bathrooms with jetted tubs, sitting areas, TVs, and beautiful oceanfront views. Additional amenities include free WiFi, a VCR, a DVD player, basketball, and horseshoes. The pool table now features new felt on the surface.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 11 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
