2/2 Cottage on San Gabriel River 3 miles to Square

Peaceful 2 bed/2 bath cottage on San Gabriel River 3 miles from Georgetown Square. Fully furnished, fridge, kuerig, washer/dryer, outdoor grill, covered porch to enjoy that morning cup of coffee watching the deer. Have fun making s’mores and hot dogs at the river. Close to Austin, Georgetown, Salado, Kalahari water park, Dell Diamond, The Domain, and Circuit of the America’s. HEB grocery is 3.8 miles away. 55” Roku TV’s in Each bedroom and Den. Property is end of road and gated. Keyless entry.

The property is a duplex-style cottage located on 6.5 acres with owners living in a separate house on site. Please call for directions and gate code. GPS does not get you to the end of the private road.

There is access to the river via a short walk on the property. There are picnic tables and a fire-pit, with wood provided. Please bring your own s'mores or hot dogs for roasting. You can easily walk out into the water. It is good for perch, catfish, carp, and bass fishing. We can provide paddle boards and kayaks for use when water levels are ideal. Just ask us.

OUTSTANDING!

The cottage and the location were absolutely amazing! Waking up to wildlife and enjoying the peaceful river was very relaxing. The cottage was cozy and decorated like a model home. There were so many thoughtful & personal touches throughout the cottage with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Gwen & Wes thought of everything and were so friendly and welcoming! We will definitely be booking again! Thank you!

Peaceful Family Getaway!

Our family of 4 had the best time relaxing by the river, playing games, and making memories at this hidden gem. It is tucked away on a beautiful piece of the San Gabriel river, close to everything, but on acreage that allows you to hear all the birds singing in the morning as your drink your morning coffee on the porch. My kids loved running around the property and throwing rocks in the river. They want to go back when it is warm enough to splash and swim! The unit is brand new and beautiful, the owners thought of everything and were very responsive and friendly if we had questions. The beds were amazing and we all slept great. It is beautifully decorated and is perfect for couples, small families, or a fun girls trip. They even have fire pits and picnic tables by the river…so fun! We can’t wait to go back.
