This home is located in a quiet and family friendly neighborhood convenient to shopping, entertainment and more.
All the mattresses are pillow top queen side to have a great quality sleep.
Spacious kitchen, fully stocked and set-up with high-end stainless steel appliances, a big dining table is set in the open living / dining area to enjoy meals with your family facing the pool.
Amazing backyard to enjoy during summer times.
Open floor plan living area with one comfortable queen side sofa and a love set coach; 65" UHD SMART 4K TV with Netflix and other free apps to enjoy quality time with your family or friends.
Spa heat from 7:30pm to 9:30pm daily
We only offer charcoal BBQ grill. We no longer offer the propane grill for safety reason.

Guest access
Guest have access to the whole house minus the garage.

- Please use the dining room for eating; abstain from eating and drinking in bed.
- Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities with respect.
- Please try to utilize the parking spaces in front of my house.
- No parties allowed.
- We don't allow visitors from our guests.
- No pets.
- No smoke inside of the property (if guest smoke inside we will charge a fee).
- No drugs inside of the property (medical cannabis neither).
- We have a ring door bell at the front door for security reasons.
- Locals must contact us before booking.
- The pool is not available during winter, and it's only available during summer season.

To make sure that the pool water is clean and treated, we have pool maintenance, weekly. Despite these efforts, leaves may still fall because we are surrounded by trees.

We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roaches, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation.
