Corner unit with wrap around balcony at Sand Dunes
Stylish updated corner condo with an awesome wrap around balcony overlooking the whole coastline to North Carolina. With this being an end unit it has the large window in bedroom and the cut out end balcony. This super unique condo has a floor to ceiling glass wall, built in rock tile electric fireplace with 60" tv, shiplap on walls, sleeper sofa,extended kitchen with new granite,washer/dryer combo,dishwasher,stainless fridge,backsplash,plush king bed,new floors,cooktop and high top chairs
The large oceanfront outdoor pool, lazy river, and oceanfront pool area with loungers are all included, along with the second floor indoor pool and hot tubs. *Please note the ocean boulevard side (front)water park/fun zone is not not included with any private rentals*
Sand dunes is one of the only true resorts in area with multiple restaurants onsite(pizza, seafood and more, river city cafe burgers and more Northshore oceanfront bar and grill), arcade, pool bar, gym and outdoor lounging area. There is even a convivence store onsite which is rare for oceanfront resorts. You really do not have to leave the resort as everything is right there. There are also tons of restaurants within 1 mile
