The host was very quickly in responses to our questions. The property was clean, the kitchen is very well equipped with all kinds of material. A micro-wave could be helpful in the future. It is inconvenient that the toilets are on the first floor in the bathrooms but it’s a kind of a habbot.

Ein Treffer auf ganzer Linie

Für unsere Pläne genau richtig!Wir (8 Erwachsene Hund) war die Unterkunft ein Volltreffer. Das Haus verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, großer Wohn und Essbereich , komplett ausgestattete Küche und einen eigenen Garten. Alles war sehr sauber, der Kontakt zum Vermieter war uunkompliziertunkomplizierzuverlässig

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Jahreszeit entsprechend nutzten wir den Garten nicht, der sicherlich in den nächsten Tagen bei Frühlingsbeginn noch hergerichtet wird. Von unserem Standort aus waren wir viel unterwegs, auch in Holland, das ca. 20 Minuten über die Autobahn Richtung Röhrmond erreichbar ist.Erwähnenswert ist der sehr große Küche/Ess und Wohnbereich. Die Markenüche ist mit allem versehen wie, Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelmaschine und Expressfach für das meistgebrauchte wie Milch oder Getränke. Ein kleiner, sicherlich behebbares Manko war das Besteck und Geschirr. Es war mehr oder weniger ein Sammelsurium was Gläser und vor allem Essbesteck angeht. (Hatte ein bischen was von Flohmarkt ;-)) Aber wie gesagt, ansonsten alle o.k.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Beim dritten Urlaub enttäucht

Wir haben die unterkunft zum dritten mal gebucht,leider war es diesaml nicht so sauber, Arbeitsfläsche in der Küche schmutzig (esseens Reste) Geschirr und Töpfe unsauber.Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer voller Schutzfecken........Der Garten ist sehr verwildert das ist ja im Winter nicht so schlimm .Leider ist das Grundstück auch bei unseren dritten Besuch noch nicht mit einem Tor gesichert so das man nur angeleint mit den Hunden in den Garten kann.Sehr schade das ich bei unserem dritten Kurzurlaub über Weihnachten enttäucht wurde.

Schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren 5 Personen mit 2 Hunden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter vorab lief unkompliziert. Das Haus war perfekt für unsere Gruppengröße, die Ausstattung war gut und alles war sauber. Die Lage ist in einem kleinen Dorf, was für die Hunde klasse war zum spazieren gehen. Nach Roermond waren es nur 20km, was ideal für uns für Tagestrips war. Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Kurzurlaub am Niederrhein

Schöne Wohnung aber

Sehr netter Vermieter mit freundlicher Kommunikation im Vorfeld. Kontaktloser Check in hat gut geklappt, allerdings wäre dann eine Info in der Wohnung, wo Besen etc. zu finden sind gut. Die Wohnung ist schön, sauber und wirklich geräumig. Es gibt 2 Kinderstühle und ein Babybett. Allerdings gibt es eine Stolperfalle zwischen Küche und Wohnbereich und die Treppe ist Recht steil. Daher ist die Wohnung für Senioren und Kleinkinder nur bedingt geeignet, zumal keine Tür zwischen Wohnraum und Flur existiert. Dies macht sich auch im Schallschutz bemerkbar. Der Kühlschrank ist auch tatsächlich Recht laut, aber nicht tragisch. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist spannend, es gibt z.B. einem Entsafter aber keinen Toaster. Alles Wesentliche ist allerdings vorhanden.

Langes Wochenende in der Natur

Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Die Küche, der Esstisch und das Wohnzimmer boten viel Platz für uns alle. Der Garten ist nicht groß, aber schön um sich in den warmen Stundne ein schattiges Plätzchen zu suchen. Die Umgebung bietet eine Vielfalt an Wandermöglichkeiten. Der Austausch mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Objekt groß genug mit Garten. Es fehlt noch ein Tor, damit der Garten komplett abgeschottet ist (wichtig für Hundebesitzer). Störend war nur der laute Kühlschrank. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden. Sonst wären wir auch nicht das zweite Mal dort gewesen ;-)

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus bietet viel Platz und Komfort für eine große Familie. Die Umgebung lädt zu langen Spaziergängen ein. Und morgens zum Bäcker ist es auch nicht weit.

Sauberkeit, bis auf wenige Kleinigkeiten, top. Die Ausstattung mit Gebrauchsgegenständen ebenfalls top. Die Küche ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, es funktioniert aber alles. Der Garten ist ein wenig wild, für uns aber genau richtig. Wir würden wieder kommen. In der Gegend gibt es viele Dinge die man unternehmen kann.
