The apartment I is located on the ground floor and has a floor space of about 68 m² plus 30 m² balcony / terrace. It offers plenty of space for 4 people with 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with a large 1.80 wide double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds) and a modern shower room. From the bright, equipped with large patio windows spacious living / dining area with fitted kitchen you reach a south-facing balcony with adjoining terrace and access to the garden.



The house: The house was built in 2009 in a beautiful panoramic position on a southwest slope, the 4 star apartments are new and were equipped to a high standard. So you will find in our apartments flatscreen TV with satellite TV and a hi-fi system with CD player and iPod connection, but also a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary electrical appliances. Each apartment also has a garage space and ample storage for possibly brought bikes or other recreational equipment.
All apartments have sunny, very spacious terraces or Balconies with a beautiful view (in good weather you have a view to the Alps) and invite you to relax. Of course, there are modern, comfortable sun loungers, barbecue and a beautiful garden, as well as comfortable outdoor seating. In the basement there is a spacious wellness area with fitness equipment and a sauna.
