Ausgangspunkt zahlreicher Wanderwege und Radtouren. 15 min Fußweg in die Ortsmitte, die Talstation der Kampenwandseilbahn ist zu Fuß in 5 min zu erreichen. Im Winter können Schlitten kostenlos ausgeliehen werden. Ein ausgewiesener Winterwanderweg führt hinterm Haus vorbei.
Die helle Nichtraucher-Ferienwohnung "Talstüberl" ist im gemütlichen Landhausstil mit Naturholzmöbeln eingerichtet. Separater Eingang mit zum Teil überdachter Terrasse.
