The Alpen Guesthouse is located right in the centre of Bad Kohlgrub and is one of the oldest guesthouses in the town. Behind the facade of our traditional Bavarian house, you will find individually designed rooms and apartments. Whether you are travelling alone or with your family, for business, as a visitor to the many sights, as a sports enthusiast, or simply because you have always wanted to experience Bavaria with heart.

All the sights – Linderhof Palace, Neuschwanstein Castle, Ettal Abbey, Oberammergau, Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Füssen, Murnau, and Munich – are easily accessible by car or train. This idyllic mountain village offers endless possibilities for an unforgettable holiday in every season. Experience the stunning Ammergau Alps on its walking and hiking trails.

We always strive to make your stay as pleasant as possible and to meet your wishes.

Gepflegt und liebevoll

Wir erlebten harmonische und sonnige Spätsommertage in Bad Kohlgrub. Unsre Gastgeberin war superfreundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren gepflegt, extrem sauber, und alles war liebevoll gestaltet. Meine Tochter und ich würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

Sehr schöne und vor allem saubere Ferienwohnung. Die Besitzer sind super freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Absolut weiterzuempfehlen.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt

Kleine Wohnung die für 2 Personen aber passt. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Das sehr gute Frühstück konnte auch kurzfristig mal gebucht werden. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt, leider hat der Ort nicht viel zu bieten aber in der Umgebung sind viele schöne Ziele.

Die zentral gelegen Unterkunft ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Unternehmungen, Wanderungen und Fahrradtouren. Das angebotene Frühstück ist super!
