My 14 year old daughter is the actual owner of this spectacular home. She is a proud Florida born girl with Southern roots and a West Indian flare. She loves all things about this lake she was raised here on and around Smith Lake. Her best memories were nurtured here.

Why they chose this property

The property was difficult to construct as it was so incredibly close to a body of water. With alot of will and effort, it did get completed eventually. On the front exterior, Just an average looking home but all the action is within the 4 walls inside and out back. Upon your arrival, boat rental available with heavy discounts for entire stay that will provide you endless hours of fishing fun (Record bass) and just an overall adventure daily. The home is built with lots of space so you can spread out and relax. Large entertaining area for food prep, television time and access to the ouitside elevated balcony style porch to enjoy a hot tadi or cup of coffee while you watch the wildlife play over the water.
