Sunshine's Zen bed and breakfast. 2 bedroom 1 bath house large kitchen and living room in this nicely decorated home with unique artwork and nick nacks throughout the house. Large mineral hot springs shared with everyone staying here. 6 foot privacy fenced complex the yard is a beautiful zen oasis with lots of birds, several picnic tables, swing, hammock , fire pit and a bench. Close to a park on the Rio Grand and community pool. Within walking distance to downtown T Or C and several mineral hot springs.
Beautifully decorated inside and outside. Close to everything including a park and the Rio Grand river less than a block away. a small Bar B Q grill is available. There are also several hammocks a swing and several picnic tables and other chairs to sit and relax in the beautiful Oasis of the yard. The mineral springs hot tub is available to all people staying in the five units on the property, it is filled upon request so please let us know when you would like to soak.
All guess staying in the five unit complex have access to the yard and mineral hot springs tub. The mineral springs hot tub is filled upon request. please let us know when you would like to soak it takes about an hour and a half to fill and we will make sure it is ready for your soaking pleasure.
My son has a medium sized dog on the property full time, and I bring my small dog over when I'm soaking and both of them do bark from time to time.

I have been in the property rentals, Bed and breakfast and real estate industry for over 30 years. My son Bobby, his girlfriend Amanda and myself Phyllis aka Sunshine, run Sunshine's Zen Bed and Breakfast. We have had this property for a little over 2 years. We are very friendly laid back easy going and here to help you in any and every need.

I decided on this location for my bed and breakfast because of the Mineral Hot springs and the fact that this is a very friendly laid-back artistic community.
What makes this property unique
The amazing healing waters of the mineral hot springs in the Truth or Consequences area and my large Mineral springs hot tub with jets is an amazing way to relax unwind and heal your body.
