So Great!
This cabin is great overall. We really enjoyed our time! The kitchen is well stocked. The cabin was cleaned well. There are a few cosmetic things that need to be addressed, but overall these are small. One of the mattresses in the bunk bed room could use a replacement as it is not the most comfortable. If I had to list an improvement I would say the pool area needs some updates, and the sliding door between the pool and deck with the hot tub needs to be fixed, it is difficult to slide. The pool is great and my kids really enjoyed it! Don't let the need for updates of the pool area deter you from booking this cabin!! We would most def stay here again, without question. The game room is great, the flow of the cabin is great, the lighting and comfort levels of the cabin are great! We even got to see some bears outside one morning, which was so fun for the kids.

Fantastic!!
Great home w/ everything you could need took 12 family members. Plenty of space, beautiful home. Had such a great time w/ family we will start making this a tradition. Movie theater, jacuzzi, pool and game room were all used !! We are all ready to come again !!

The cabin was absolutely beautiful and as advertised. The view was spectacular and we got to see the bears daily. Property management was easily available and responded quickly with all questions. We were very pleased and will return.

House is very nice and with the pool, game room and theater there was plenty to entertain our kids. Pool room could use some upgrades(liner was coming loose and too much chlorine and not enough ventilation.) But we did enjoy our stay and saw several bears right outside our cabin.

Very clean
The cabin was beautiful and clean. Lots of room. The game room was awesome. The pool was great to have right there. First time staying in a large cabin in the mountains. We really enjoyed being together as a family and enjoyed being able to cook. Extra was seeing mamma bear and her 3 clubs. I would rent this cabin again. Love it and the view

PERFECT SPOT
We had the best time. Cabin had amazing views - the pool was a great touch of course. And was excited about the location because we got a bear interaction every single day & mostly a mama and her cubs - we were beyond excited for those experiences! The cabin had literally anything you could possibly need in the kitchen. I really can’t explain how perfect this Cabin was.

The home was not very clean. Bathroom floors were visibly dirty with dirt that could be easily removed with the swipe of a finger showing they hadn’t been cleaned. Cob webs everywhere (inside and out) and covering all outdoor furniture. Numerous pieces of furniture not even safe to sit on both in and out of home (missing dowel rods, aged, worn, broken). Mold/mildew in pool area and lots of other peoples left over junk that was not removed/cleaned (deflated rafts with holes in them… tons of plastic pieces/toys scattered everywhere). Sliding door in basement is huge fire hazard as it’s nearly impossible for an adult to open. Decor (fish) in pool area off wall and laying haphazardly on ground. Wood trim in pool area detached with nails upward that could have been stepped on. Exposed wires in pool area. Light bulbs blown. Thermostats batteries nearly dead. Hot tub not on with no power upon arrival and unable to be used first evening and had to self problem shoot to find breaker box which was off (not tripped) to be able to enjoy it second night as no timely service/response from management. Broken bottom bunk bed in kids room. Floor pieces all shift leaving large gaps and trip hazards. No management available during stay and only called once post stay leaving vague message with no call back number. No issues addressed. Highly dissatisfied.

Disappointed in a potentially beautiful location!
We had multiple issues with electric locks codes. Local team Megan was very kind and helped via cell phone. We did not care for cobwebs inside and out along with feces from animals that had been there awhile on the porches. Holes in the woodwork from animals or bumblebees and the sawdust left as they did not broom and rinse down the porches. The wooden rocking chairs and wooden side tables could not bare weight of our grandchildren. A pressure washer is definitely needed on the surface around the pool. The sliding door to the pool and hot tub could barely be opened as the track is full of dark gunk. The pool area has ants and crumbling drywall by the windows. The chlorine smell from the pool was unbearable. Baseboards were laying down and need attention. Upstairs under the bunk beds and our beds the floors are filthy. One of the bunkbeds was broken. The blankets and sheets are OLD! The mattress covers are SO Stained! The floating wood flooring upstairs is sliding with no end cap and creates such a hazard close to the stairs. Dog food had been swept up but never removed. There was dog hair clearly all over the rug in the family room area and under the couch cushions. The fans and chandeliers, tops of headboards, doors and baseboards are really dusty. Blinds are broken in the first room close to the entry. A bench is broken in movie room and microwave was filthy. The vents registers are dirty. The floors are not clean. Bare feet became black. Great potential but not good.

Had a group of old college friends get together. January was the best time for everyone’s schedule, but there was plenty to do in the house that it didn’t matter. Happy with the stay and the home!

Beautiful Place!
Loved everything about this place! Pictures don’t do it justice. Lots of space, plenty of linens, beautiful views and decor. Pool is very nice, kitchen has all you need to cook, and beds are extremely comfortable! Also, if you’re looking to see bears, this is the place! Every single day bears walk up and down the road! It’s awesome!

Perfectly great stay for my family of 5! So much fun!
Great stay! Would come again. I'll admit that I was nervous about seeing some of the lower reviews but thought there was a reason for some of the 10/10s and 5/5s. And we're a 10/10 - 5/5. The place was perfect for myself, my mom and my 3 children. The small touches and thoughtfulness around style and need was just what we needed. For me, I need something clean (especially for my son with allergies), functional and fun. It met all of those needs. The fact that the house was well lit, warm, hot tub already heated, pool ready, tv's ready with bedrooms looking comfortable, was such a perfect welcome. My kids spent HOURS in the pool and we had multiple rounds in the hot tub. My boys loved the theatre room and operational game room. We loved sitting by the fireplace and watching tv. All the beds were comfortable. The small touches like hangers, iron/ironing board, stylistic decor, plenty of utensils and cookware, comfortable beds and so forth were all great. Washer and dryer was helpful and easy to use the night before we had to hit the road. The morning views were gorgeous even on a cloudy day. Is everything perfect? There are some shaky doors, a small blind missing and internet was down but they fixed with excellent communication within 30 minutes. It was the type of comfort I need as a mom of 3. The app was great and easy to use especially since we got in super late and communication was always fast and easy with a kind person on the other end. This was a special trip for my mom since my father's passing a few weeks ago and this week was the best sleep she's gotten in weeks. Thank you for a good time!

The price was great for this property, however there needs to be a deep cleaning and the pool area is very much in need of cleaning the pool itself was okay but a little worn. View was obstructed by trees but over all it was okay

Not A Smoke Free Cabin!!!
We stayed in this cabin one year ago as well, and it was amazing with all kinds of activities to do (theater room, pool table, arcade machine, shuffleboard, private indoor pool, and hot tub) with our family. This year was disappointing. As soon as we walked into the cabin it smelled like cigarette/cigar smoke. The back bedroom with the view of the mountains and bathroom smelled the strongest. When reported, we received a call immediately. They told us they would get back to us. The next person that called told us they could relocate us or send someone out with an ozone machine the next day (we would need to leave the cabin for several hours). The next morning, we were told we would need to relocate as the ozone machine would not be a safe option. They then redirected us to a relocation team. Upon looking into our options, the best solution they came up with was to relocate us to a smaller two bedroom, two bath cabin with no amenities. We chose to stay in the cabin as these options were not feasible for our family size or the amount of time we had left in our trip. Thankfully it was warm and we could leave windows open, which helped with the overall smell in the main part of the cabin. We opted to not use the main bedroom/bathroom where the smell was strongest. We feel this issue could have been prevented and resolved before we checked in by the cleaning crew. Overall, the cabin offers lots of amenities. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and overall upkeep is poor.

Beautiful stay
My husband, myself and our 3 kids stayed 3 nights. We have no complaints. It was a beautiful property. Inside and out. My only negative comment, is that it needs a deep cleaning. The surface was clean, but some of the cabinets were greasy to the touch in the kitchen, and baseboards needed a little attention. But I am particular about cleaning so to others it may not even be noticable. But we would stay here again, just really could use a good scrub!

Excellent fully stocked cabin
For 99% of the population, this house has everything you need. My wife got a wild hair and decided to try and make homemade pretzels and found there were not many measuring utensils. Besides that it’s got pretty much anything you need. Here’s a list of things I think can be helpful to future guests There is a toaster, keurg, and traditional drip coffee maker. No instapot or air fryer There are not spare blankets so if you want to cozy up on the couch, I’d bring one. They provide a few dishwasher and washing machine pods. If you have a large family or just plan to pack light, I’d bring a few of each pods. As far as the no yard complaint, there really isn’t a yard. What they didn’t mention is there is a flat gravel/grass area directly across the driveway that is totally usable for pets. You’ll need to bring your own pool toys and flotation devices. If you have babies, you will need 2 gates. We actually just moved the small cabinet by the stairs in front of the basement stairs and that blocked it perfectly! You will want to bring some kind of zip tie or something to hold up the gate block off the stairs going to the loft. There are outlets everywhere so no need for a bunch of extension cords. The cabin was super nice and my whole family had a blast. We actually spent 2 of our days just bumming around the house because it was relaxing with a bunch to do. Overall 10/10, would recommend.

Floors were sticky & dirty. The living rug hadn’t been vacuumed. Lint, food crumbs etc under the couches & chairs, you could see this without moving the furniture. The porch door on the main floor was covered with sticky little hand prints The water in the hot tub was low & stagnant. The pump/filter was making a horrible noise. The filter cover was covered with hair, lint & total nastiness. My husband drained the water, scrubbed the hot tub & filled it so we could use it. Pump on pool was also making a horrible noise, the liner was torn & the water was freezing cold. No one was able to swim. The VRBO listing stated there was a vacuum. No vacuum, no broom & dust pan. I texted the Vacasa reps, they told me someone from the cleaning staff could bring a broom for me. 2 days into our stay they dropped off a new vacuum. I completely vacuumed the entire cabin myself. Under the furniture obviously hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time.

A list of issues
The indoor pool says “year round” yet it was so cold the children’s lips were purple in 10 minutes. The baseboards were falling off the wall. Boards were laying in the pool room with 3 inch nails sticking straight up. The water hose was lying in the floor that children can trip on. The pool liner is falling. The pool lock was not working they had to send maintenance to lock the pool area since it had so many issues. The third floor flooring would shift and cause 1-3 inch gaps in the flooring. There were only 9 towels in a cabin that sleeps 14 people. No towels in the pool room. At arrival the front door was unlocked, poop on one toilet, and there is dog hair all in the couch. The face of a dresser drawer comes off when you open the drawer. There were so many problems with this cabin it is ridiculous I guarantee I am forgetting to list problems, this was overall a horrible experience. Management couldn’t switch us to a different cabin with the same amenities, there solution was refunding us $240 but we overall come to the agreement of $350. I still think $350 is not enough! We needed a different cabin or a full refund!
