The beach is within a 10 minute walking distance, and nearby shopping malls, banks, grocery stores and fast food and local restaurants are all within a 5 minute walking distance. Local buses are accessed easily and key tourist locations such as The Atlantis Resort & Paradise Island, downtown shopping districts, movie theaters and cultural hot spots can all be reached within a 15 minute drive.

It was nice and quiet. You will need to get a vehicle. It is very private, convenient and comfortable. The apartment was spacious and welcoming, it felt being at home.

Fantastic stay!

I wanted a quick trip to the Bahamas, but not pay a ton and still be safe and comfortable. This place was well beyond my expectations...I ended up extending my stay. It's very clean and extremely well equipped. The AC and WIFI...fantastic! I'd stay here again in a heartbeat! About 5 minutes up the road is Burger King and Dunking Donuts for a quick bite. It was great.

Disappointing Stay with Some Highlights

My stay was disappointing. The Wi-Fi went out on day one, and while they provided a hotspot, it kept buffering. After using the gas stove three times, it stopped working, but they did bring a portable stove the next day. I also found stains on the bed, an acrylic nail, and a men’s earring. On the plus side, the place felt safe. I recommend reading the welcome guide, as my gate code stopped working, but the key card worked fine. Customer service was quick to respond.

It was cozy and warm. Very homely feeling. That was the highlight. What I didn't like was the roaches that kept coming out of the kitchen and in the dinning area. I called the person in charge and got no answer nor email message response. He called and told me if there was a problem to let him know, but after that no response. I guess the can of Roach spray in the kitchen, under the sink was the answer. Other than that it was great. I took pictures of the roaches, and made a videos of our exit. Idon't want a repeat of 2 other times i rented units where they wanted my review and once ihave it because they did not like what i wrote they lied on me. My suggestion is for them to fumigation, not roach spray the unit. By the way, I'm a travel agent. We left early because of our flight. We still had tons of fun and enjoyed our stay there, just not the roaches.

I don't have any good comments about this property. Unfortunately we have had to stay in this place because I fell sick and in it was more convenient for us.. The beds are really bad very uncomfortable, the carpet in the bedrooms are really nasty we never walk over it without socks. The restrooms are always smells bad, the tub always clogged. There's a huge problem at the restroom because is leaking and right bellow is the kitchen.. This house needs a super clean and renew all the fornitures. The host is nice and He was communicative with us. I had read a bad review about this property and I thought that it was exaggerated but to my surprise everything was real.. I reported some issues and they were fixed. I don't recommend this place. BTW I'm not sure but I think there is something in the beds because all of us ended up with various skin wounds like mosquito bites but there weren't that many so I think there is something more

This was a terrible place to vacation in .?

Patio full of mold , no chairs to sit outside, TV did not work . Dogs barked all day and all night !! Everything they said about this place was untrue. Pool was very dirty, and broken chairs to sit on . We took pictures and will send to attorney general against your company, we left after one night !! Nats flying upstairs and downstairs !
