Anguilla was beautiful and we had a great time. The rental was clean nice and new. The property was centrally located for trips to all over the island. Kurtz was great he answered any questions we had We will stay there again.

Very good vacation

Perfect apartment for both of us. Have everything what we need. Very good central location so we explore whole island. (need rental, but manager Kurtz can arrange it). We love neighbor's rooster awaking us in the morning everyday .Very nice 3 weeks of vacation manager helpful man with everything , definitely we will be back. Thanks again Kurtz.

Lovely place to stay

Bel Ti Plas is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We had difficulty finding it because our phone wifi was not working, but a local family was helpful in contacting Kurtz, who came and led us to the place. Kurtz was very responsive to our needs. The pictures do not really show how nice the place is. It is also conveniently located, near markets and main roads, especially to get to Shoal Bay beach, where our daughter was getting married.

It’s about 5 minutes from Blowing Point and there’s a grocery store right around the corner. It’s very central. Place was spacious enough for 2 of us. The bathroom is quite large. Communication with Kurtz was very good. He answers within minutes.

Outstanding Visit, Meticulous Kept, Comfortable, Modern and Outstanding Customer Service!

I give Bel Ti Plaz and an outstanding review. Everything from booking to checkout was amazing. Kurtz started out by inviting us to correspond through What’s App. He kept in contact with me the day of our arrival. He offered to meet us at the ferry point. He assisted us to unload all our luggage. We arrived to a gleaming clean place and tastefully decorated. The bathroom is as amazing as pictured and the entire place is recently completed. The kitchen is stocked with nice dishes and cutlery, cooking pots and essential kitchen gear. He also had a welcome package to mention a few, snacks and beverages including water in the fridge. We had everything needed to stay comfortably for over a week. He indicated he would come and say goodbye. The morning of departure he messaged me through What’s App and received no response so he knocked on the door to ensure we were up. He asked us to let him know when we were ready to leave and Kurtz helped us with our luggage. His send off was personable. He even messaged after our stay to ensure all was well with both of us. Kurtz is very knowledgeable with current culture, tourist places to see and eat as well as local Anguillan places. His location is centralized which makes you close to everything in the Valley including groceries stores, all businesses, places to eat and a short distance to all beaches on the island so you can visit several of the fantastic beaches Anguilla has to offer. He has a fantastic air-conditioned property and was very helpful and responsive to any question or concerns we encountered during our stay in Anguilla. He made us feel like family. I still feel this way today and hope to stay at Bel Ti Plaz again!
