The perfect home for families or groups of any age, located in a quiet neighborhood.

The backyard has a putting green, swimming pool (NOT HEATED), floats, lounge chairs, umbrellas, shaded patio with ceiling fans and many seating options, lawn games and propane grill.

The single story home includes 2 distinct living areas with many seating options, a 50” smart TV, electric color-changing fireplace (optional heat), books and games. The separate dining room seats 6. There is a fully stocked kitchen including:
-Keurig and drip coffee maker
-blender
-toaster
-crockpot
-pots, pans, cooking utensils
-basic cooking oils and spices
-bar essentials (wine, margarita, mule drinkwear; cocktail shaker/tools)

The secluded master suite features a king bed, full bathroom, walk-in closet, and workspace.

There are queen beds in the other 2 bedrooms. There is a queen size air mattress for additional guests. The main bathroom includes double sinks, shower/tub, and door with direct access to the backyard.

Had a wonderful time. Just some tips for future improvements. Sliding doors are very difficult to slide. Fans are all on same remote system so someone operating fans in one room caused other fans to turn on/off. Poolside seating needs updating.

It's easy to give five star ratings when all goes well with the property. However, when things go wrong, you find out what kind of host with which you are dealing. We had a water heater issue that was just one of those things that happen. How the host responded to the problem warrants a five star rating. Plumber was called immediately after we notified host of problem. Plumber arrived and fixed the problem with the host in constant communication with us as to status of repair. Host made a fair adjustment with consideration of our inconvenience. Property is extremely nice. Considering the property and the host, we would not hesitate to book this property in the future. Rest assured, these property owners will respond immediately if a situation should occur.
