This ground floor apartment is located in a quiet yet central location of Carolinensiel. The town, the spa center and the museum harbor can be reached in a few minutes on foot (about 8 minutes). From the museum harbor you can comfortably take the paddle steamer to Harlesiel to the beach or use the walk along the waterfront with many cafes to stay. The apartment has a beautiful south-facing terrace, a large fenced garden and a parking space on the property.

This approximately 65m² large, rustic ground floor apartment was renovated in late 2018 and has a large living room with fireplace (open) and a dining area. There is also a separate kitchen in the apartment with another dining table. One of the two bedrooms is furnished with a double bed and offers a nice view of the garden. Another bedroom has two single beds. The spacious bathroom has two sinks, a walk-in shower, a bath and a toilet. In the basement you will find a coin-operated washing machine and coin-operated dryer. Maximum occupancy in this apartment: up to 4 adults and 1 child up to the age of 2When booking optional extra services, sufficient availability is reserved.

Also der Warmwasserboiler der im Keller vorhanden ist hat sich jedesmal allein ausgeschaltet Sodas wenn man Duschen/Zähneputzen, abwaschen ect. Jedes Mal in den Keller laufen mussten um den Boiler neu anzustellen , das aufheizen dauerte dann auch noch……. Sodas spontan Duschen nicht drin war. Am 2. Tag war komplett Stromausfall im Haus, Sodas der Elektiker kommen musste und er uns sagte wir hatten noch Glück das es nicht lichterloh gebrannt hat. Weil die Elektrik alt ist und es schon alles schwarz gekokelt war. Er hat alles profesorisch repariert und gesagt es muss schnellstens erneuert werden. Der Eigentümer wurde informiert vom Elektiker. Wir hätten da irgendwie eine Reaktion von irgend jemanden erwartet aber da kam gar nichts. Wir sind immer mit einem flauen Gefühl im Bauch schlafen gegangen weil eine gewisse Angst da war. Wir waren eigenlich froh nach Hause zu kommen Mit freundlichen Grüßen B. Brigant + I.Bleich

Auszeit 2022!

Die Lage ist hervorragend sehr ruhig kein Durchgangsverkehr. Sehr zentral gelegen zum Hafen bzw. den umliegenden Geschäften in der näheren Umgebung alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Die Fewo ist zwar von der Raumaufteilung ungewöhnlich es ist aber alles vorhanden was man benötigt.Die Fewo hat zwei Terrassen eine am Schlafzimmer wo man die Morgensonne genießen kann zum Frühstück zum Beispiel mit angrenzender großen Wiese die andere ist vorne am Wohnzimmer mit einer Überdachten Veranda man kann auch fast ebenerdig über zwei Stufen die Fewo ereichen parken kann man direkt vor der Terasse beim Eingang. Die Eigentümer die zeitweise das Obere Geschoss bewohnen sind sehr nette Leute und sehr hilfsbereit. Bei unserem nächsten Urlaub werden wir dieses Objekt wieder buchen.

Tolles Haus

Schönes Objekt mit riesigen Garten, überdachte Sitzgelegenheit vorm Haus in einer verkehrsberuhigten Zone. Wir hatten das gesamte Haus für uns, würden wieder kommen. Manko sind die Reinigungskosten exkl. Geschirr spülen.

Gutes Niveau , praktische und angenehme Einrichtung.

Die Möbel bei der Ankunft waren etwas verstaubt, wahrscheinlich dank Corona... Der Schnitt der Wohnung gewöhnungsbedürftig. Sonst alles super, Küchengeräte Neu.. Ruhig, abgelegen und doch in 5.min zu Fuss in Rest. Und Geschäfte Nähe. Man ist eigentlich allein im Haus... Haben zwar die netten Besitzer kennengelernt, Sie sind aber dann auch Heim gefahren. Empfehlenswert!!!!!!!
