Well-kept vacation home with pool and large garden by the sea

The house is surrounded by a well-tended garden with a large lawn, trees and flowering bushes. Two bedrooms on the ground floor and a large mansard with private bathroom, private terrace and max. four beds make the house ideal for larger families or Friends groups. The highlight, of course, is the wonderful pool with diving board and massage jets, which can be illuminated in the evening and thus also ensures a pleasant, relaxed holiday atmosphere.
On the ground floor there is a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms - one with a double bed, one with a 1.40 wide bed and a single bed. The rooms are completely newly furnished, the beds and mattresses etc. are brand new.
In autumn 2018, we had an air conditioning system installed in the two bedrooms on the ground floor, which also has a heating function. This can be very pleasant on holidays in spring or autumn, because there are cool evenings in Sicily in the off-season. The ground floor has a living space of approx. 85 m2. Most people eat on the large covered veranda.

In the attic, which can be reached via an external staircase, there is a large living room with 4 beds (one double and two single beds), private bathroom and private terrace. This makes the villa ideal for families with older children who want to "have their peace" or families with small children who go on vacation with their parents or in-laws. Air conditioning is also installed in the attic.
All windows have mosquito screens and shutters. The garden is surrounded by a green wall, so that guests can really relax and no one can watch them bathing. The location is also quiet, the house is in a cul-de-sac on the edge of Fontane Bianche, so there is no through traffic. The Fontane Bianche beach is around 900 meters away, where there are also bars, restaurants and various small shops.

For larger shopping, a trip to Cassibile, just 1.5 km away, is recommended, where there are several supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, pizzerias and restaurants.
