In this colourful, semi-detached holiday home you can enjoy a relaxing holiday with your family or friends. The kitchen is fully equipped and in the colourful living room you will immediately experience an optimal holiday feeling. From the living room you can access the garden where you can relax in the lounge set and enjoy the beautiful view of the nature reserve. Upstairs you will find the bedrooms and bathroom.

Grasse 158 is situated on Kustpark Village Scaldia, a spacious holiday park on the coast of Zeeland. Within walking distance of the park, you will find a small beach. Ideal to relax or to play in the sand with the (grand)children. Or go out by bike, along deserted polder roads or along the Westerschelde. Via Breskens along kilometres of beach to the nature reserve Het Zwin, situated on the border between Belgium and the Netherlands. Kustpark Village Scaldia, in beautiful Zeeuws Vlaanderen, where you can enjoy peace and quiet and nature and where hospitality is our priority.

Im Prinzip ein schönes Haus mit moderner Einrichtung. Tolle Küche, Bad und Gäste WC waren ziemlich neu und schick.. Es gab ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die den Gesamteindruck etwas leiden lies: Verbesserungswürdige Grundreinigung vorab, TV im Wohnraum ohne deutsche HD Sender, Sitzhöhe der Küchenhocker zum Tisch zu hoch, zahlreiche Flecke an den Wänden, müsste mal gestrichen werden. Küchenfensterscharnier lose, Toilettendeckel schief und lose, obwohl so gut wie neu, Gartentüre schloss schlecht, weil oberes Scharnier lose, Garten insgesamt in keinem gepflegten Zustand , Rasen völlig ausgetrocknet, war uns aber wegen der Hunde egal! Hecke nicht geschnitten, Obstbaum mit Schädlingsbefall (Spinnenmilben), eine Nachttischkommode im großen Schlafzimmer auseinander gebrochen, nur ein schmaler Kleiderschrank, der mit Bettzeug komplett voll war. Allerdings gutes Doppelbett mit elektrisch verstellbaren Lattenrosten! Top Service von Superviserin Dominique! Sie hat sich vorbildlich und kompetent gekümmert! Kurzer Weg zum Deich und zum Meer! Tolle Gegend, um Fahrrad zu fahren.

Wundervoller Ausblick

Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und hat im Garten, zusätzlich zur Terrasse, einen tollen Freisitz. Von dort schaut man direkt in ein Naturschutzgebiet und auf Kühe und Tulpenfelder. Herrlich! Vom Schlafzimmer aus kann man sogar das Wassrt der Westerschelde sehen. Wenn man 10 Minuten nach Breskens fährt, hat man herrliche Sandstrände.
