Einfach ausgestattetes Haus,

Abgelegene Lage am Lipno Stausee. Das Haus war allerdings für die einfache Ausstattung zu Teuer. Wenn man direkt beim Vermieter gebucht hätte, wäre ein akzeptabler Preis zustande gekommen. Ich habe bei den Aufschlüsse der Abrechnung von Fewo Direct gesehen das wir die Endreinigung mit bezahlt haben. Der Vermieter vor Ort hat von uns 100€ Kaution verlangt und wenn keine Endreinigung von uns durchgeführt wird, behält er 50€ ein. Wir haben diese Reinigung durchgeführt und haben die gesamte Kaution wieder erhalten. Was ist jetzt mit den 50 € die ich in den Mietergebühren bezahlt habe ??
