We are a family of 5 from Michigan who loves the water and sunshine. Bryce is a home builder and Koury is a Nurse Practitioner and health coach. We have 3 small children who also love the beach and water. We have always wanted to buy a place on the ocean but never really knew exactly where we wanted to be. When we visited Marco Island in 2019, we fell in love with the island and knew this is where we needed to buy a place for our family. We hope to retire to Marco Island, though while we continue to run our business at home, we hope to share our slice of paradise with you.
Why they chose this property
This home is on a quiet street that overlooks the canal as well has having a private pool/patio area that is perfect for our family of 5. The master suite is on one side of the home while the other bedrooms are on the other side of the home as well as the den with a sleeping are which is perfect for privacy but all still being close to each other. The tall ceilings with amazing accents make this home feel even larger and more unique. The kitchen is huge and overlooks the dining table as well as the pool and outdoor living space. The large glass sliders can all be opened to provide a sense of indoor/outdoor living. We truly love this home and we hope you do as well!
What makes this property unique
Our home is located on the canal allowing access to the gulf if desired. The beach is close and we are close to restaurants, grocery, as well as ice cream, which is always a family favorite while on vacation! We are located on a quiet street so there is not much disturbance of noise. We hope you love our home as much as we do!
