Holiday house with 3 bedrooms and a large hall

Quiet spacious house (150 m2) with three bedrooms, spacious living room, dining room, fireplace room and fully equipped kitchen offers space and relaxation for young and old. Bedding and towels are included. WiFi and TV. Workplace. Completely barrier-free house with a wide parking lot directly at the house.
The garden is being redesigned and can only be used to a limited extent, a small terrace is already available.
Super location to the Dümmersee, to shops and restaurants as well as cinema right in the village.

Living area:
The bright half-timbered house was renovated in 2017. For example, parquet flooring was laid throughout the house and the kitchen was redesigned.

The house is very comfortable for four adults or two adults with three children and is particularly suitable for families with small children. Everything is at ground level, high chair and cot are available and there is plenty of space for the little ones to let off steam. A football pitch is nearby.

The kitchen with a small dining table and electrical appliances is available: smoothie mixer, raclette machine, fondue, toaster, filter coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, induction cooker and oven.

In the dining room with a large table you have access to the terrace. The WLAN router is also located there.

In the bathroom there is a washing machine with dryer, a hair dryer and the barrier-free shower / toilet with a double sink.

The former hall was converted into a very spacious 50 m2 living room and includes a pull-out corner sofa, TV, piano and a workstation for the laptop you brought with you.

In the large bedroom with access to the garden there is a double bed. Iron and ironing board are available.

The second large bedroom has a double bed and the cot.

In the smaller bedroom there is a small double bed.

The fireplace room with its sofa serves as a second living room.

The garden is currently being redesigned and can therefore only be used to a limited extent. A terrace in front of the dining room is already available.

In cold weather, the firewood for the fireplace is available completely free of charge.
There may be additional costs for central heating if normal consumption is exceeded.

Reachability:
I am not on site myself, but can be reached at any time by phone, Air BNB app or SMS. My neighbor will receive you and explain everything.

Surroundings:
The half-timbered house is located in an original village in Lower Saxony with rich trees, which is also the smallest cinema location in Germany. The Lichtburg cinema with two screens and the latest technology is only a five-minute walk away.
On the Dümmersee, which is ten minutes away by car, you can surf very well due to the good wind conditions (e.g. B. at the sailing school in Hüde), bathe at the beach bar Bar dü Mar, enjoy the sunset or just relax. Shops (baker, combi, Aldi, Edeka, pharmacy, Rossmann etc.) can be reached within less than five minutes by car.

transport:
There is a barrier-free wide parking lot at the house. Lemförde train station can be reached on foot in twenty-five minutes. From there you can travel very cheaply with the Lower Saxony ticket to Osnabrück, Bremen or Hamburg, for example.
