A comfortably furnished holiday home (60 sqm for 2-4 persons) with south-facing balcony in a quiet south-facing slope and fully equipped kitchen awaits our guests for a relaxing stay. The romantic forest view invites you to relax. Bicycles, baby carriages u. Ä. can be parked in the garage. On our large sun terrace is a playground for our little guests. This distinguishes us also: tiled stove, welcome gift, bread service, orchard with outdoor seating, barbecue area.

Holiday home Trautner:
Our comfortably furnished holiday home with south-facing balcony is ideal for two people or parents with one or two children. The newly decorated bedroom is on the first floor with three beds and two fitted wardrobes. Adjacent there is a small storage room. The living room has a pull-out sofa, a TV and stereo. The cozy crackling tiled stove brings a cozy warmth on cold days. The kitchen with dining area is fully equipped and offers the possibility to eat on the balcony or a glass of Franconian wine. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. Our beautiful balcony in a quiet hillside location invites you to relax and unwind. On request, a cot and high chair are available. WiFi is available.

Arrivals are possible from 13:00 to 16:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
