This cabin is like a fairytale come true tucked away in the cove with a flowing creek that wraps around all 3 sides. Even though it's tucked away in the mountains we have modern touches like a smart TV and high-speed internet.
There’s one bedroom on the main floor with a Queen size bed, a loft with a queen size bed and a futon bed in the room located beside the living room.
We have fairy lights in almost every room, check out our fun selfie wall that reads "Adventure." The hardwood floors are from the 1950s and are the original to once upon time hunting cabin. We have since transformed it into a warm inviting cabin in the cove. There's lots of wildlife around including big bucks, bears, blue herons, fish in the creek and salamanders.
There is a shared driveway for parking with your own parking space, enough for 3 vehicles. There's also a screened-in front porch for relaxing and a back porch with a full back yard to yourself.

The cabin was beautiful and comfortable living areas. The home was clean and nicely decorated. The only drawbacks was comfort level of beds, and the crazy amount of love bugs inside. We would definitely stay again.
The cabin was fairly clean, great location out in the mountains with a pretty drive to multiple towns. Cabin is just very old and small, but its price reflects that. A big surprise to us was the a-frame tiny house parked in the front yard which we didn't see on the pics but luckily the couple staying in that tiny cabin was very nice, but our stay could have been bad if they were not because they're literally right out the front door. The cabin is quaint and cute, but just small with no storage space anywhere so your suitcases will sit around the floor everywhere. Master bed is terrible though and needs to be replaced as the box springs and mattress are shot. We did very much enjoy our stay and did love the cabin for what it was. Our kids loved the hammocks (both indoor and outdoor), as well as the loft. Roku TVs make it easy to watch your standard stuff late at night or whenever. Host was great and easy to work with. Well furnished but has no dishwasher (or toaster). All in all, a charming little stay in an outskirt town right next to the foothills parkway!
Amazing gorgeous location with a short 30 minute. Drive to Pretty Much Anywhere. You want to go within the smokvery? Peaceful and serene atmosphere, our 5-year-old loved playing in the Creek and then the kids got a joyful surprise as a bear ran through the cove while we were packing up to leave. Property managers were extremely helpful and very responsive.Anytime we had a question we will most definitely be booking again
