The 100sqm apartment has three bedrooms with six beds (a room with a large double bed, a room with a 1.40m bed and a room with two single beds). A bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub, toilet and washing machine and a separate guest toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, microwave, stove with oven and fridge with freezer.

The living room has a flat screen TV and a cozy wood stove.

There are games, toys and children's books.

The apartment also has a beautiful covered balcony with a view and a view of the Allgäu mountains.

Important in winter: The apartment is located directly on a cross-country ski run.

Bed linen, towels and tea towels are sufficiently available, as well as a hair dryer. On request: baby bed, changing mat for the bathtub and high chairs.

Pets are not allowed.
