Close to the beach, family-friendly activities, nightlife, and public transportation. You’ll love my place because of the location, the comfy bed, and the coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Vacationing doesn’t have to just be a dream! Great neighborhood, on the inter coastal waterway. About 2 minute walk to the beach. Shops, food and entertainment are all located within walking distance.

Cute but had a few issues.

The property was cute, however, is lacking in outlets…especially in the bedroom. I would recommend bringing at least two power strips if you have lots of things to plug in. We had CPAP machines, phones, headphones, iPads, etc. There were no directions for the TV’s, which were complicated with several remotes and streaming-only services. If you aren’t tech savvy it will be a challenge. Bring your passwords for Hulu, Netflix, etc. The overhead light in the bedroom didn't work and we had to unplug the bedside lamps due to needing outlets closer to the bed so that was annoying. Lots of dust behind bed (we had to look back there for the outlet situation). It was about a 3 block walk to the beach but they were short blocks so it wasn’t too bad. Despite the issues, now that we know what to bring for next time, we would probably still use this property again if we return to IRB.

Perfect for a quick weekend

Perfect last stop before flying home. Beach is a very short walk, great location and very clean and well appointed. This was our second year staying and we’ll be back.

Perfect stay!

I would highly recommend staying here. Awesome distance to Clear Water, literally across the street from a great beach. Reasonably priced and great setup. Quiet neighborhood too. Very glad we stayed here!

Half marathon

Nice neighborhood close to beach neighbors chain smoking was bad. Smell comes under the door. Not onlooking pier. Pier is behind the building. Ad makes it appear to be just out the back door. No view
