The North House - over 100 acres of Adirondack privacy!

Welcome to the North House, nestled high on a mountain top, surrounded by 100 private acres. This is the first time this home has ever been offered for rent.

The main level offers soaring ceilings, big windows, a gracious stone fireplace, large kitchen, a dining area with seating for 12 and a half bath. What a perfect house for family and friend gatherings!

Four bedrooms are located downstairs, three with king beds and one with two twins. One king bedroom offers a private screened porch and ensuite bathroom. Each bedroom offers ample closet space.

Two bedrooms and a full bath can be found in the finished basement, along with a full bathroom. There is one king bed and two twins on this level.

Board games, puzzles, a children's size billiard table, a game table, stereo/turntable, books, movies, TV and DVD player are all available for guests use.

The kitchen offers almost anything guests will need for hosting meals. Drip coffee maker, toaster oven, electric cooktop with griddle, double wall oven/microwave, food processor, a selection of spices and condiments are all available.

The deck and private porch offer mountain views during the winter and fall months only. We are located just 15 minutes from Whiteface Mountain and less than 10 minutes from the covered bridge in Jay (a popular spot for swimming and sunbathing on the Ausable River).

This is a great getaway for all groups. Bring your bike, fishing pole, skis, etc. and experience everything the Adirondack's offers! We look forward to having you as our guest!
