The Desert Lei🏜CowboyPool,HotTub,GameRoom,FirePit
The Desert Lei is a quaint tropical boho-styled home, perfect for relaxation with friends and family. This 3 BED, 2 BATH home sits on ½ acre with views of the desert, mountain, farm animal and starry night sky and is conveniently located eight miles from downtown Joshua Tree. Cowboy pool will be available starting April 1st (currently in off-season due to cold weather). Hot tub is available year round.
House Rules:
-No Parties allowed.
-Do not touch live plants and animals and admire only from afar.
-Strict Noise Curfew: 9PM-7AM
-No loud voices or music will be tolerated. Please be respectful of quiet hours after 9PM. If we get a noise complaint from the neighbors, the city, or Airbnb, we will charge a $1000 fee.
-Please DO NOT dump food or any oils in sinks, any finding of food or oils from your stay you will be charged to repair/clean.
-Please DO NOT put anything down the toilets (not even flushable products), any evidence of non toilet paper you will be charged to repair/clean. Only use toilet paper that we provide (it is Septic safe toilet paper).
-For AC and Heater please use ECO friendly temperatures throughout the stay. Any temperatures below 68 degrees F can freeze the central AC and you will be charged to repair.
-Pet dogs are allowed on the property, but it is $75 per dog per stay. Up to 2 dogs max per stay. (We do not allow un-potty trained or menstruating pets in the home.) Any dog pee found inside home will be an extra $100 charge.
-Please do not leave your dogs unattended, dogs must be put into your personal pet crate if you are leaving the home (bedroom and bathrooms are not crates).
-Pets are not allowed on furniture (couches, beds).
-Please clean up all mess from pets (dog poop in the yard) and toss into outside trash bins.
-No Smoking and no illegal substances are allowed on-premises.
-No Unregistered guests allowed.
-In an effort to keep dirt out of the home, please remove shoes inside.
- Please no washing or showering of pets in the shower/sinks
-Please don't rearrange any other furniture besides the modular couch area. Please put the modular couch back to original placement when checking out.
-Please keep all doors and windows closed on windy days and when not present in the area to minimize dust and dirt in home.
-If you decide to use our washer and dryer please do not overload it, any dirt and fur must be shaken off outside first. Any damage to the washer and dryer you will be charged to replace.
-Please double check you have all your personal belongings before checking out. Any items left behind are not the responsibility of the host.
-Please make sure all trash is in a trashcan.
-Please load all dirty dishes in the dishwasher.
-Please ensure all windows and doors are locked when checking out.
-Please turn off all indoor and outdoor lights when checking out.
